MAIN PRINCIPLES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

ASFAT is a private company which is within the Ministry of Defense and focuses on meeting the national needs at the utmost level, modernizing the military factories and shipyards with its income, maximizing its export performance and providing the national power and economy with its high-technology equipment.

You first need to create a resume via our system in order to start your career journey in ASFAT.

After creating your resume, you can apply for an open position with which you think you match or make an unsolicited application.

You have to complete the Personality Inventory Test that will be sent in the event that you are eligible for the open position.

You will have the chance to introduce yourself in more detail during the HR interview.

According to the HR interview’s result, you will take part in one or more of the General Ability Test, Technical Exam and Applications that the position requires.

If you complete all the phases successfully, you will have the chance to show your knowledge, experience, personality and competences during our Commission Interview.
