Military Factory and Shipyard Management Incorporeted Company (“ASFAT”), In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, informs you about the collection methods, processing, use, transfer, destruction of your personal data and your rights with this Clarification Text.

1. Data Controller

4. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

Using the possibilities and capabilities of military factories and military shipyards, taking orders from public administrations within the scope of general government, state economic enterprises, natural and legal persons including foreigners or making offers for their needs, within the framework of production planning, joint manufacturing, design, research, when necessary due to these orders and offers. - Turkish Commercial Code dated 13/1/2011 and numbered 6102, excluding the provisions regarding establishment and registration, to carry out development, product development activities, to ensure the development and modernization of military factories and shipyards, to construct facilities and to carry out other commercial activities to be regulated in the articles of association. ASFAT A.Ş. Provisions of the State Procurement Law No. 2886 dated 8/9/1983 and the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 dated 4/1/2002 shall not apply to the contracts to be signed with the Company and the goods and services arising from these contracts. Administrations within the scope of Law No. 2886 and Law No. 4734, ASFAT A.Ş. The transactions they will make with them are not subject to the provisions of the aforementioned laws. Personnel subject to labor legislation are employed in ASFAT A.Ş. The Ministry of National Defense notifies the Ministry of Labor, Social Services and Family among the foreigners who are obliged to obtain a work permit pursuant to the International Labor Law dated 28/7/2016 and numbered 6735, who should be considered within the scope of work permit exemption in terms of national security during their employment at ASFAT A.Ş. A work permit exemption document is issued on behalf of the foreigner by the Ministry of Labor, Social Services and Family upon the notification containing the information about the foreigner and the duration of the employment contract. The foreigner, who is given a work permit exemption document, can reside in Turkey during the employment contract with this document and ASFAT A.Ş. can work within. The time spent with work permit exemption is taken into account in the calculation of legal work permit or residence permit periods.

Protocols regarding the lease or granting of operation of business, machinery and similar idle assets belonging to military factories and shipyards to ASFAT A.Ş. and their relations with revolving funds, ASFAT A.Ş. and the relevant revolving fund enterprises, and their costs are paid by the Company to the account of the relevant revolving fund enterprise according to the protocol principles.
